At Uncle Bills & Co., we stand behind the quality of every product we make. Because our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not up to our standards, we will make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at yum@maviseats.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

Once reviewed, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A full or partial refund to your original form of payment

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns.
